We begin a new year always full of expectations and good intentions, but often they end up forgotten along with the Christmas decorations before spring even arrives.

My wish, first of all, is not to let ourselves be absorbed by the daily routine, by commitments, by work, by others... but to always find the time to cultivate our passions, even if only for fifteen minutes a day. We must dedicate a gesture of love to ourselves and always remember that we are the most important person!
