Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the final delivery destination, they depend on the order destination and change based on the quantity and/or size of the products ordered.
At the end of the order, the system automatically provides the total amount.
Here is our price list:

ITALY : €5.90 ( > €49.90 - Free)
EUROPE, SWITZERLAND, UNITED KINGDOM : €15.00 (> €119.90 - Free)
UNITED STATES, CANADA : €25.00
REST OF THE WORLD : €40.00

The delivery of the product will be carried out by a courier appointed by Alò: Cosmetics.
In order to correctly deliver the products, the presence of the Customer (or another person appointed by him) at the indicated address is required. If the delivery cannot be made successfully, the courier will make a second delivery attempt the next working day and Alò: Cosmetics will attempt to contact the Customer at the email address provided at the time of purchase with the intent to define and resolve the problems of non-delivery. If the second delivery attempt also fails, the order will be returned to the Alò: Cosmetics warehouses and the purchase order will be considered cancelled.
Alò Cosmetics will communicate the cancellation via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase and, if the Customer has already paid for the products, Alò: Cosmetics will refund the full amount deducting the shipping costs incurred for the return of the products to the warehouse. Upon receipt of the delivery, the Customer is required to check that the package does not have visible damage and that its closing parts are not altered. Delivery times for the order vary from 2 to 7 working days from shipment. Delivery may be made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), barring unforeseen circumstances due to customs clearance operations, where applicable. The customer is required to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct, as it can no longer be changed after the courier has collected the package.
It is also not possible to process an order if, as a delivery address, a PO Box, an APO/FPO or a freight forwarder is indicated. Products returned to the sender due to transport problems, will be sent back at no additional cost to the customer.

VAT

If the final destination of the order is within the EU, the customer will not have to pay additional costs due to customs charges. If the final destination is outside the EU, the final cost will NOT include VAT and will be applied upon arrival at the destination customs along with any other customs charges.

RETURNS

We are happy to do our best to support you in the return and exchange procedures and in any case we will accept returns or refund requests only for Products purchased on our website www.alocosmetics.it.
All our emails and communications are conducted in English or Italian.
How to return a product? You have 14 days to return your products.
NB: For security reasons, we will only accept the return of products whose packaging or protective seal has not been opened or tampered with. The return of products without a protective seal will not be permitted. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any external wrapping, accessories and instructions. For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. If these conditions do not exist, the return request will not be accepted.

Return via courier:
1. Prepare your product for return as carefully as possible to protect it during transport. You will need to use the same box in which you received your order.
2. Contact us at the email address: alo.cosmetici@gmail.com
3. Alò: Cosmetics will provide you with a return label and/or a confirmation of collection from the courier.
4. Upon receipt of the package, the Alò: Cosmetics team will verify that the return conditions are met.

REIMBURSEMENT

The refund, excluding the return costs incurred by Alò: Cosmetics, will be made via the initial payment method and will be issued as soon as possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer exercised his right of withdrawal, without prejudice to the right of Alò Cosmetics to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods covered by the Order (depending on which situation occurs first).
In case you wish to exchange your product, Alò Cosmetics undertakes to return the product free of charge.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you are not satisfied with one of your purchases and think that the products received may be defective, contact us at the email address: alo@alocosmetics.it
Please provide as much information as possible about the product and the order, including one or more detailed photos if necessary. Products returned due to a defect will be refunded in full and the shipping costs for the return of the defective items and the shipping costs for the replacement of the same will be paid by Alò Cosmetics.
In case of receipt of defective products sold outside the EU, any customs charges will be borne by Alò Cosmetics.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Unless an exception applies, the User may enjoy the right to withdraw from the contract within the term specified below (usually 14 days) for any reason and without justification, as established by Legislative Decree 206/2005.

  • Where are you located, and where are your cosmetics produced?

    We are in Puglia and all our cosmetics are produced here to guarantee the quality of a short supply chain and greater environmental responsibility!

  • Alòlab cosmetics: are they nickel tested?

    Our cosmetics are nickel tested and most of the plant ingredients are of organic origin.

  • Can I use them even if I have sensitive skin?

    Our cosmetics are designed to be used on all skin types, even sensitive skin. However, if you have particularly reactive skin, use a small amount of product on the inside of your wrist before applying it to your face.

  • Alòlab cosmetics: are they tested on animals?

    All our cosmetics are Cruelty free , we care about nature and all animals. Furthermore, since 2013 the European Union has banned the testing of cosmetics on animals and we are happy about this!

  • Alòlab cosmetics: are they genderless?

    Yes, they can be used by anyone. They contain ingredients that are useful for the health and beauty of every skin and the fragrances are delicate and not persistent.
